 COVID 19 Customer Guidance

During your visit it is our priority to keep everyone safe and provide an enjoyable experience during these unprecedented times.

To reserve a table please call 01745 856391.

  Customers details will be required for the Government Track & Trace Scheme.

Hand sanitisation will be required and then you will be shown to your table.

Face Covering will be required when not seated at your designated table.

Max of 6 people (not including any children aged under 11).

TABLE SERVICE ONLY

Wall mounted hand sanitiser stations are positioned throughout for your use.

We ask that additional attention is taken and that you respect each other’s space when using the toilet facilities.

We ask that social distance measures are maintained in the garden areas and that furniture is not moved.

Payment should if possible be contactless.

Our team members will be walking the premises more than normal attending to additional cleaning duties and customer service.

We ask that you be polite & respectful to our Team during these unprecedented times.

We will endeavour to adapt our procedures as guidelines change.
